1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoneMail (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

GoneMail is a free, no-signup service that provides temporary disposable email addresses. Temporary mailboxes and their messages are automatically deleted when they expire, between 1 hour and 7 days after creation, depending on the chosen duration.

The Service uses the public Mail.tm API to create temporary mailboxes. GoneMail is independent of Mail.tm and does not control the availability or functioning of that third-party API.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any illegal activity under applicable law
• Fraud, phishing, or identity theft
• Receiving spam, malware, or harmful content knowingly
• Harassment or abuse of any person or service
• Circumventing the security or anti-abuse measures of other websites

We reserve the right to block or remove any address or mailbox that we reasonably believe is used for abusive or unlawful purposes.

4. No Guarantee of Delivery

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that every email will be delivered or displayed, nor that the Service will be available at all times. Temporary email services are not a substitute for a reliable primary email account for important communications.

5. Data and Privacy

GoneMail collects no personal data and requires no account. Temporary mailbox data is stored solely to provide the Service and is permanently deleted upon expiration. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoneMail shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of messages, data, or revenue.

7. Intellectual Property

The GoneMail name, logo, and site design are the property of GoneMail. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
